My Philosophy
From a young age, athletics taught me the value of movement, teamwork, and determination. These early experiences shaped my belief in the importance of an active lifestyle and the resilience of the human body.
As a physical therapist, I’m driven by the idea that movement is medicine. My goal is to help patients not only recover but return to doing what they love—without limitation. I believe that with the right guidance, intentional movement, and commitment, the body has an incredible ability to heal itself.
One of the aspects I love most about physical therapy is its collaborative nature. I enjoy working alongside other healthcare providers to offer well-rounded, personalized care—and I value the time I get to spend getting to know each of my patients. As a naturally social person, building those relationships is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
To me, physical therapy is about more than just relieving pain; it's about identifying the root cause and creating real, sustainable solutions. It's not just about getting better—it's about staying better.
My Background
I received my Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Marquette University. I decided to continue my education at Marquette, and I graduated in 2024 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During 5 out of my 6 years at Marquette I was lucky enough to be a part of their Division 1 Women’s Soccer team. After graduating from Marquette, I worked at an Outpatient Orthopedic and Neuro clinic in Chicago where I grew my experience in Vestibular Rehab and BPPV.
When I am not in the clinic I am typically spending time with my family and friends. In my free time I love to run, play/coach soccer, and golf. I enjoy baking and I’m currently learning how to play tennis!
