My Philosophy

I am passionate about creating a healthier and more active community and I believe physical therapy and preventative care provides us the tools to do just that! As a runner myself I strive to keep patients moving – often times workouts can be modified and remain successful. I work closely with the physical therapists and the performance clients on devising a home workout program that meets their needs to stay active.

I have been practicing alongside Ted Kepros as a Physical Therapist Assistant for more than 20 years now. I feel very fortunate to be working with a team that puts patient care at the forefront and are working together to become better! I have special interests in orthopedic physical therapy, women's health, preventative spine care, sports medicine, and performance enhancement programs for all ages. I enjoy living an active lifestyle and spending time with my husband and daughter.

My Background

My education includes an Associate of Applied Science degree from Kirkwood Community College. I served as adjunct faculty for Kirkwood Community College in the PTA program from 2003-2010 and most recently was given recognition through the American Physical Therapy Association for Advanced Proficiency for the Physical Therapist Assistant in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy. I have years of experience in developing sport programs that are geared towards the runner, triathlete, and soccer population.

After having my ankle basically reconstructed, I’ve had a lot to overcome. I can honestly say I could not have reached my goals without Holly and Jenna. I was told that I would not be able to run for at least 9-12 months and I am now running after 6 months. With your knowledge and help through out the past 6 months I have been able to exceed not only my expectations but even my surgeon’s, which is pretty awesome. Thanks again for everything.
